TERMS OF SALE
The terms of sale below refer to a 'purchase' when it involves unlocking a paying activity or programme from StudentApp's offering. A purchase on app.studentapp.be, implies that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale below.
The price listed on app.studentapp.be includes VAT and may vary depending on the offer.
Programme offers may be subject to change.
Registrations and payments are only allowed for people enrolled at one of these colleges/universities: Howest, VIVES college, KU Leuven campus Bruges, Vesalius, Europacollege, ZoWe Nursing, Ugent campus Kortrijk or KULAK.
The activity or programme you wish to purchase will only be 'unlocked' after payment of the amount due. After payment, you will see a confirmation text on your screen. You always have the right to cancel the purchase. Refunds are requested within 14 days of the purchase. To cover the cost of the refund, 10% of the purchase price is deducted from the refundable amount. You contact StudentApp for this purpose at https://www.studentapp.be/contact.html.
You are always responsible for filling in data correctly.
Changes in the offer, dates, location, availability of group lessons and so on will be communicated as much as possible by the organiser of the offer.
